DESCRIPTION:
Designed specifically for maximum concentration of those hard to hit triceps muscles. The unique design allows unrestricted arm movement and eliminates discomfort to elbows, forearms and wrists. Knurled grips ensure non-slip grips. Chrome plated and 34 inches long, this bar weighs 22 lbs.
Note that this bar does not include collars. Use with Olympic 2″ style weight plates.
